Waitlist Guidelines
Applying for the waitlist does not guarantee an apartment. All approvals for the waitlist are conditional and a full application will be processed when an apartment becomes available.
All wait times for the waitlist are approximate and are given based on historical data for the community.
In order to be added to our waitlist, we require a completed Waitlist Application, current income information and the application fee of $35 which can be paid by money order.
